Coordinating with internal teams for quicker resolution.
Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of MEM functions and processes.
Achieving targets and decreasing pending Interaction counts in a structured way.
Ensuring that member issues/queries are resolved end to end.
Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning.
Manage to retain members by calling/meeting and query resolution.
